GENERAL
*You must be 18+
All my 3D models, textures, arts and rigging are custom and made by hand*I am a 1:1 3D Modeler, this means that I follow the reference/concept art perfectly. I am not a designer. Concept Art must contain a FULL BODY Front and Back view. Side views aren't necessary but appreciated. If your character has small details that can't be seen well, please include these as well.*I am very open with my work so I will be constantly sending work in progress updates. Please don't hesitate asking for changes up until after the texturing process. Once I start rigging, extra modifications will be an extra fee. However, any changes regarding changing the character, design, outfit, etc. after i already finished full base not acceptable*Please remember my commissions are optimized for VRMs and Vsfavatars. I will not be held liable for issues relating to programs outside of VRMs. I don't fix anything in VRchat but I am offering a help with uploading my models in VRchat*Please be aware that despite everything, 3D has limitations and things such as (minimal clipping and deformations will occur), also they can't look and shape exactly like 2D models because 3D requires a little bit more changes to work better
PAYMENTS
*I am taking 30%(it's the payment of my time spend) Before starting the project.*Fees an taxes for extra costs and payments will be added to the price!*If there is no accepted pre-invoice, a refund will be made and the work will not be completed. The budget is always accepted in advance before making any payment. If the payment is made much later than the budget was made, check the availability at that time previously.*re-selling said model in any form, discussion must be had before doing so.
*all payments will be accepted through Boosy and Skrill or donation on stream, depending on the situation (unfortunately, other payment methods are not available in my country at the moment)
REVISIONS
Model screenshots and sketches sent before always, also i am streaming my workflow. You can choose and modify if something is not good. I do not change my models or drawing by request unless I made a mistake!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I am not taking works with deadlines (due to my personal situation, so i don't want to give you false information or lie about deadlines)
USE
*Personal is free to use, but with credits.
It is also strictly forbidden to send the model to other modelers without notifying me (because they may steal the model base and use it for their own needs)*Commercial and Indie fee is +100 for every product that you buy. example (use model in creation of Game or Products, like figurines and etc. Also animation series)
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
*I hold every rights of any my creation.
if the model or art is based on your OC or vtuber Persona I will not use it anywhere except my portfolio, my socials or fan art (with your information included)*If your commission is not your OC, I might be selling prints or models of it in the future! As a gift, you will receive digital copies from other arts or model examples!
REFUNDS
I only do refunds if I didn't start to work. No refunds if the clients are not happy with the result, sorry. You have a lot of chances to see screenshots, and streams of workflow.
